Here in SIlicon valley approx 40% of new companies are formed by immigrants and Indians are a big part of it, but no one can dispute innovation by native born Americans. Dude, just go look at the line outside the american embassy in Delhi. Look at the audience that watches Hollywood movies. Look at the interest that the average Indian has in American politics, ask how many Indians even know who the chinese premier is......in fact a news anchor no less announced Xi jiaping on TV as "Eleven" Japing- I kid you not - this is a true story.

The Republicans in the senate can, but they would face two hurdles. Firstly, President Obama can make a recess appointment while the Senate is out of session. It would be much, much, more difficult to vote to remove him after he is already sitting on the court. In fact, no recess appointed member of the Supreme Court has ever been removed by the Senate. Secondly, the Democrats in the Senate can filibuster the issue so the Republicans can never even bring it to a vote.

The Republicans are all talk. If Obama were not such a p*ssy, any other President of USA would have easily named a new Judge. It is a slam dunk.
