India flys down 25 Bangladesh Army officers and spouses on week long visit

It already has accomplished it long ago.

Any poison and teeth remaining in BD is directed internally within itself.
Yes, you may be right. Yet, the GoI gives many such ill-intentioned invitations to our military people even in 2018. To India, the BD snake is still poisonous, it seems.

Becoming refugee twice within 24 years is not easy. So I can understand their anger and frustration with us. But they should mostly blame themselves for their misfortune. They could not see the writing on the wall of history. They foolishly bet on a small force of west Pakistani troops stationed in East Pakistan to successfully crush the widespread rebellion of 70 million Bengalis. If they were wise, they would have been sided with Bangladeshi freedom struggle and could have gained acceptability from the people and the would be state. Instead they actively collaborated with Pak troops and committed widespread atrocity against Bengali population forgetting where they are living. So they got what they asked for. Perhaps Karachi ghetto is best suited for them.
As usual, you are flattering yourself by uttering some nonsense again. Biharis were already victims in March, 1971, although I believe they would have sided with a united Pakistan anyway for which they struggled before 1947 and took refuge in after August 1947.

And what are talking about your widespread rebellion of 70 million people? There would have been no rebellion or fighting had Yahya Khan been not so stupid and ZA Bhutto not so short-sighted. West Pakistani dominated PA troops started to take away the land back to the then bonafide govt of Pakistan with the usual brutality that any military would do without asking a question. This started the struggle for a separate country. But, what else can one expect from a group of troops who are oath-bound to safeguard the sovereignty of the nation?

Is not the one accepting invitation culpable first?

What your logic is...is its the bartender fault for getting the alcoholic patron drunk. If you forget the self and turn to vice to compensate....you blame the provider or yourself first?

You can always choose to say no and start the healing. That is always your choice....not anyone elses to make.
