I'd love it if Worli fishing village (in the foreground) were redeveloped into a low to mid-rise precinct complete with pedestrian streets, parks and plazas, restaurants for all budgets, and a host of cultural attractions along with massive underground parking blocks. The original residents of the area i.e the fisherfolk, would have to be moved to new mid-rise apartment blocks close by, though.

Hyderabad alone lapped up 20 Mil. sq. ft. of office space in 2012. 20-30 Mil. each being sucked in re: Madras, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Pine, Calcutta re: the ongoing IT boom, again just in '12.

In the residential play, Celestial Spaces is an 8 x 100 Storey towers in Bombay.
