I'm thinking that low to mid rise old cluster in the center north of the pic.'s hit bull's eye.
Their valuations are up enough to now re-construct to triple-quad height and cash in BIG, comments?
Reconstrucing low to mid rises for 3-5 times tall is a new thing in India, starting from Bombay of course.

Re: cirr & water car engineer, technically speaking, CG are a core, advance and sunk cost of a project.

In booming India in the Pakistan context, never mind the ups and downs, CG is important because unlike the west, there is not much public or pvt. funding for CG, prototyping, design etc. Data is also not 100%.

Personally, there is not much CG or prototyping going on. Whatever there is ... is personally or professionaly funded, good to go and gets done. Take it easy, many here appreciate. You are nobody special, 1 or 2 nay votes don't count.
