Except that software based engg. & mgmt. processes have speed-ed up works and shrunk the timelines and costs.
Money goes a lot farther today, and Global wealth has made infra money accessible to even India. US was rocking on it's WW II victory and India is profiting from Globalisation. While China continues to amaze, India is sliding into China's slip stream more organically.

What took America 40 yrs., China did in 25 yrs. and India 10-15 yrs. Pakistan can turn around and become a developed country in 10 yrs. only, bring Shukat Aziz back and get serious. I believe Pak is already ahead of the game vis-a-vis China & India back in the day.
