You do know if this happens Pakistan will be left with no choice but WAR

India have full control on Sutlej, Beas and Ravi as per IWT. So why cry if we are doing anything well within IWT rules ??? Try and understand, there is a reason why Pakistan has miserably failed every other litigation related to IWT.

And if you still think you can start a war because India simply followed the rules of the treaty, then so be it and wait for the world to react. :p:

India has blocked water flow from the rivers Sutlej, Beas and Ravi into Pakistan

India was allocated unrestricted access to the three eastern rivers, i.e. Ravi, Sutlej and Beas

So as per IWT, India can do anything on Sutlej, Beas and Ravi. Why Pakistanis feel bad for enjoying our rights???

Did you think dams can be built overnight?

Its violation of International treaty, weather its Building a dams that took decades to build (un-noticed by UN) or firing on civilians across the border on almost daily bases by India on LoC.

Err - if India has unrestricted access according to the Treaty - I believe Pakistan was paid compensation for the 3 rivers - then what is the problem?

Don't be so emotional. Firstly it's neither the duty nor role of UN to keep a check on Dams and other infrastructures inside any country. Secondly we are well within our rights to build DAM's (run off the river) or utilize 100% of our share of water or rivers as per IWT, the reason why Pakistan lost each and every litigation based on IWT. :)

Well, what is UNO ?????

Moreover, India has already reiterated the fact of no first use of Nukes. We never have an aggressive posture as far as Nukes are concerned. Now let UN or others concerned decide, who will be the key spoiler in case of a N-War, it certainly won't be India. :p:

How do you explain ColdStartDoctrine of India, and construction of new air base along the PAK-IND border.
Edit:According to WIKIPEDIA CSD is offensive operations designed against Pakistan.
