I have stated 1 reason - 80 % Muslim majority , partition was based on the principle that regions which were more than 70% Muslim should go to Pakistan. "Princely states" were be left to decide on their own

According to Indians, "Pathan agitators" caused mischief in Kashmir. As a result, the Maharaja of Kashmir hurriedly joined India and requested the help of the Indian Army, who arrived immediately and this gives India the right to all of Kashmir ?

The Maharaja had no right to call in the Indian Army, because he was not a heredity ruler but a British appointee, thus the accession is illegal

"Invasion" is an India version to the tale, , there was no need for 'invasion' as you have pointed Kashmir belongs to Pakistan. Kashmir accession was a temporary solution which required an UN plebiscite. To deluded Indians, the accession of Kashmiri the best thing that happen to India - it will be India's death knell

If people want to fight for it, we will give them unmarked graves,and change the demographics to suit ours once .What is the world doing about Tibet or Xinjiang? nothing same here.
