Example: peak mbt-2000 production by HIT was only 42/year whereas HVF is producing 140 T-90/year.

We have indigenous multi layered air defense since 2012 including Barak & S400 soon.All are made to take on ballistic missiles.Poor chap...
Don't worry we need one Agni 5 just to melt all your TEL launchers.ICBM has no deterrence till now..Also we possess MIRV technology from long back.We can carry 20 satellite in space by a single launch if you ask for example.

At short distance MIRVs are simply unable to disperse.
Which is why US pershing and French pluton were single warhead.

Also recent Ababeel was go a mere 1100 km.

That shows your ignorance of how missiles work, the MIRV dispersion depends on the missile altitude and not the distance the missile travels.

Not that i have much technical aspect/knowledge here however UK is another candidate in MIRV capability list and i believe distance is within the range we are talking about....

Even if you dont have technical knowledge, you must know a bit of geography. Have a look at Russia's map and decide for yourself if 2200km from UK covers most of Russia.
