Hahaha, not one single Chinese official EVER blamed the Pakistani state for those attacks, and I challenge you to find me one single "direct quote" from a Chinese official which states otherwise.

If you had read the actual Chinese reports, the only mention was of them possibly originating from the Afghanistan-Pakistan border areas, but even that was later rescinded.
