Again, find me one single "direct quote", from ANY Chinese official, in which they blame the Pakistani state for those attacks.

You can use Google Translate if you wish.

And in any case, China immediately released a statement afterwards saying that we fully support Pakistan.
Post no.74..Kashgar officials are aliens?

Post no.74..Kashgar officials are aliens?

Where is the direct quote, and the original source in Chinese?

Firstly, it never happened. There was a vague reference to the Afghanistan-Pakistan border areas, which was later over ruled by the National government, who stated in no uncertain terms that China supports Pakistan.

Now let's see India responding to the repeated Mumbai attacks. :azn: Despite all your boasting of "retaliation" and "surgical strikes".

.
 the Japanese smashed Taiwan (the ROC), not mainland China (the PRC).

We butchered 100,000 Vietnamese civilians, inflicted billions in infrastructure damage and killed more soldiers to boot. We can get smashed every time, maybe if we get smashed 10 times, Vietnam would cease to exist while we'll still be here.

Honestly, you abused your nickname badly and the other hand that I would be shameless if my country 100x bigger but can not exitinction a very tiny country from time to time.

You talked just because you are Chinese with emotional, not to analyzed the situation has it been. It's understandable, not all Chinese can take the trurth due to "Han's" self complacent.

.
Yeah, funny how one Israeli guy called Jesus, could have become so influential in the world.

Several of my relatives are Christians, I have absolutely no problem with that, or any religion in the world. :azn:

(Except perhaps Hinduism, due to the caste system).

I am saying this is how the various rebellions started. And when China becomes a Christian Nation (very soon) it will be like South Korea...a puppet of the West.

This is what our member Cardsharp has to say about this.

The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom rebellion that cost the lives of 20 million Chinese was started by a someone who thought he was Jesus's Chinese brother and the other son of God.

And along with opium, missionaries were instrumental in breaking down the social fabric of China during the Qing dynasty. So yes, I am concerned at least.

Yeah right, tell me what percentage of China are Christians. Around 0.75% according to official figures.

India already has an enormous percentage of her population who follow the Abrahamic religions, you will turn Abrahamic long before us. But it won't be Christianity as the majority, it will be Islam.

I dont know. I was just echoing the sentiments od other Chinese members in that thread. So you have to ask them especially Car Sharp.

Our Abrahamic religions have long been Indianized and they consider themselves as Indians, not Arabs. A similar case of Manchus being assimilated into Hans. So I have no problem with it. But Chinese members do seem to have a problem witth Christians.

We can all see how the SK are now a culttureless, identity less people who think they are WPCs and not koreans.

.
But Chinese members do seem to have a problem witth Christians.

Not me, like I said, I have family members who are Christians.

Again, Christians make up around 0.75% of China's population, and don't have a high birth rate.

How many Muslims are there in India?

.
India converting entirely to christian is not a problem.
Problem arises when you have huge muslim population because they can be brainwashed easily on slight instigation.
They have low level of tolerance,. India need to be care ful about that. Agree with cd

.
Oh yes, we are 40 years ahead of India in terms of social indicators. So clearly we are doing something wrong in India's eyes. :P

Comparing India and China: Chasing the dragon | The Economist

Wow! 40 years ahead!? CCP has gone over length and breadth in wiping your CS off.

LOL, learn from history. India got screwed in 1962 because of the Forward Policy.

If you are confident, then try pissing off the CPC again. Try the same thing once more, the difference is that that China today has an economy that is FOUR times bigger than India's, with commensurate military spending.

Keep assuring yourself of surrender from your enemies after you make the first attempt to take the enemies. All you can do is remember 1962, after which for you history has ceased to exist. An old communist trick in the book: remove anything that shows the party lowly.

You're in your right to keep harping for your self glory. Try snatching others' territory and you will see what happens to all that economy of yours.

So the motto of the day: Live and let live.

India converting entirely to christian is not a problem.

Both of them are the same. We are not interested in adopting desert ideologies that have no ground in reason or logic but demand absolute control over minds of people. Our ancient philosophies of mainstream Hinduism and Buddhism (my case) are richer than anything else to be substituted. Maybe you are ready for mental enslavement from Middle east but overwhelming majority of our country is not.

So don't use India's name instead of yours.

Buddy you may not have a problem with them..but the overwhelming majority in that thread were afraid of China becoming a Christian nation.

It was mentioned that atleast 10K people become Christians everyday in China that is 3,650,000 a year which is huge, not mention the already converted.

If I were in your place , I would be concerned.

It's just simple logic. Look at it from the point of view of China's leaders.

China has never been in a stronger position vis a vis India than it is today, since the founding of the PRC over 50 years ago. In the past fifty years, our Economy and military spending has never been FOUR times larger than India's.

But it is today. In relative terms, China today is in a much better position vis a vis India, than any other time in the history of the PRC.

So the motto of the day: Live and let live.

I guess you guys should have taken that advice in 1959 and in 1962, and we might not have been enemies today.

Buddy there is aa difference between the Christianity practised in India and those in East Asia.

Even though people convert here they still consider themselves as Indian and remain patriotic to India.

But in East Asia they become so engrossed that they consider themselves as WPC (White Protestant Christians). An example is South Korea.

That is what the Chinese members were telling in that thread and that is what I was reminding our Chinese Dragon about.

.

I'm not concerned at all.

Christianity went through a violent period a few hundred years ago, especially in Medieval Europe, but it has settled now.

And anyway, do the math. From a base number of 0.75%, with a birth rate that is similar, or in many cases lower than the Chinese average. And unlike the Indian Government (*ahem* Sonia Gandhi), the Chinese government are atheists and have no interest in promoting religion which could threaten their power.

Compare that to India, which has the third largest Muslim population in the world, and in which the Muslim birth rate far exceeds the non-Muslim birth rate.

LOL, I'm glad you take a few comments on an anonymous forum as being so authoritative.

And anyway, South Korean Christians are not similar to Chinese Christians. And I doubt any Chinese or Korean would be impressed that you bunched us up into one group like that.

I have heard about the Christian violence in India, in places like Orissa for example. I can see your concern, but you do know that the most powerful person in Indian politics (Sonia Gandhi) is a Christian right?

But dozens of Chinese members were concenred and even afraid in that thread and I tend to agree with them.

I am not saying they would be violent..but look at Korea..How they have become lackeys of the West. I fear that is what will happen to China too.

And the Christian mode of propagation is not by giving birth, but y converting those already there and they are awfully efficient at that.

BTW regarding the Indian case, its not a case of concern as the birth rates have more to do with region wise than with religions. For example in some states like UP,Bihar,Rajasthan both Hindus and Muslims have high birth rates in some southern states like Kerala, Tamil Nadu both communities have low birth rates. So you are misinformed on that count. As education spreads among the population, this will further decrease. So in any possible scenario the Hindu population will not fall below 75% of the total. Thanks for your concern

No mate, I have spoken to few of them too on my trips abroad (during my stint with SCB) and they are more fanatic than even their Western counterparts and they say their only aim in life is to bring China to the path of light and they claim they are well into that.
