Today Putin and Khamenai started carped bombing Syrian towns with T-22 bombers:

So these two genocide degenerates just crossed another line:
Autumn 2011 - artillery shelling of the towns.
Summer 2012 - barrel bomb on towns.
Spring 2013 - starvation of the towns.
21 August 2013 - mass gassing of civilians.
23 August 2016 - carpet bombs of towns.
