Their main issues are capacity (bed spaces) and oxygen.

A lot of video footage is implying that patients are dying with moderate and treatable symptoms. They're not going unconscious from disease severity but rather from a lack of oxygen needed during a 1-2 week recovery.
Simultaneously, Khan needs to accept the reality that because of this astronomical cock up with social distancing next door, this Indian variant will inevitably reach Pakistan. I would much rather we have several "Nightingale" style hospitals set up and wasted completely if the surge doesn't transpire, than find ourselves scrambling desperately and suffocating in broad daylight if the surge does happen.
Lastly, absolutely right to get the military on the street and enforce the protocols. In fact, make them stricter. Ramadan, Eid coming up - stuff them and stay indoors. There must be strict enforcement to save lives. Better to have a quiet Ramadan and Eid without shopping and family than spend a day gasping for air.
Something also should be done to stop flights for the majority of travellers. I am SICK of hearing about Pakistanis trying to get tickets from UK to Pakistan to see relos. Get a grip on reality please. Wait a year unless it's some absolute emergency, and in that case, only one adult should be permitted to travel.
