The people in Pakistan who think COVID is a conspiracy or does not even exist must look at India.

This is a sobering moment. Pakistan is exactly like India. We dont heed advice, we dont care and just want to go about our lives as if nothing is going to happen. This lax, careless attitude will bring us great suffering not just in pandemic but in every other aspect of life.

There are many other instances where Pakistanis generally have remained apathetic. Whether its loss of life in sectarian conflicts or political differences, we have come to behave like people for whom loss of life is just something to be talked about in passing.

If we dont care and dont follow SOPs, we are not far from a day, when we will see this suffering on the streets. Then everyone will be blaming governement because we as people dont like to take responsibility and shift blame to cover our misdeeds.
