Yeah good, but please check the infant mortality rate of the "Welfare State" world needs to look at. A lot of diseases eradicated from around the world are still prevalent among Pakistanis. And millions of people still hold a stigma against vaccination which even take violent turns.
I was born in a very good welfare state like Kerala high HDI, single-digit infant mortality rate, low TFR, 96% literacy rate and one of the best palliative care in the country, and more. It's a model state if I start listing them out and compare them one by one, it's better than some western nations when it comes to Welfare. So, your stories don't surprise me, I don't think there is nothing much to learn from programs you listed. It's.... old, and tried schemes and this particular one looks exactly like schemes we have seen over a decade in India. Your programs are in infant stages and are yet to be fully implemented successfully and like most third world nations it's a hit or miss and takes decades for full reform.
