Don't think he was offering money. He was offering assistance on advising how to set up a program that has been apparently successful in his country in helping the poor.

This is so typical or Indians, "bajillion rejerb, trilion lakhs cononomy" yet no concern for the poor. It's almost like you're ashamed of them for being poor, rather than being ashamed of the wealthy elite for driving them into poverty.

Based on my own interactions at Defence.pk, you should never try to help the Sanghis even when they are in a bad situation. It interferes with their preprogrammed, auto-destruct mode.
