Actually I have been advocating for a change in system from the current setup to a technocratic democracy. Where we elect the leader who provides the vision and guidance while for all other posts an expert in that field is selected, for example, Minister of defence should be an Ex-General or Ex-Admiral, Minister of Finance should be a CA/Finance expert etc etc. Look at the current setup where Kh. Asif is the Minister of Defence, what credentials does he have to hold that Ministry.
