Some things are beyond civil debate mate, specially him branding Pakistani mentality stupid. We would be nothing but feelingless machines if our blood didnt boil on insults at our nationality. Imran Khan is talking about the Pukhtoon system of justice. All of you anti-PTI people will use any all means to try to discredit Imran Khan.

Pukhtoons have a superior system of justice which is based on Islam. Before the British, all Muslims also were being judged by this system of justice.

Mutual consultation (shura) is the best way to resolve any and all conflicts.

Imran Khan is ruling KP and now FATA, whatever he finds good from his province is what he wants to share with the rest of Pakistan.

Smaller courts with easier access, judged by the National law and religious law, is the future of Pakistan. Why make justice expensive or delayed for Pakistanis, most of whom are poor?

It was mistake from Pakistan side to recognise mob rule of Talibans which was imposed on people against their will and Pakistan had to paid huge price for it . Afghan talibans are not pro Pakistan any more. They are not loyal to anyone but their ideology . They think Pakistan army is agent of US and deserve same fate as others NATO forces because they all joined war on terror. . I have met many people in UK who suffered in the hands of afghan talibans and their oppressive regime and took asylum in western countries . kafir land still have justice system which is strong and effective and treat everyone equally whther poor or rich, powerful or weak but sadly some of us enjoy liberty and justice of west but support the oppressive regime in others countries because they oppress people in the name of religion

You are confusing two different things
taliban system is not same as Jirga system
If you think Jirga(in KPK) or panchyat system(Sindh/Punjab) is more effective then shut down all these police, udiciary , courts etc ..You cannot have two different system of justice in country . have one legal system and reform it correctly according to need of people
