Utterly stupid OP.

He praised the Jirga system which he described as similar to the Taliban system of justice. He praised it for:

1. Ease of access - anyone can request justice with paying bribes or hiring lawyers.

2. Expediency in delivering justice - there are no long delays and drawn out court dates design to delay justice and financially weaken those involved.

3. Providing a jury of your peers. It is independent local people who arbitrate between the involved parties.

All the things justice in Pakistan is lacking

2. Yes no delay when it comes to punishing poor and women.

3. Independent local people who always side with powerful.

Jirga system is regulated through government and some guides lines can be an alternative until we reform and overhaul our jaded and obsolete judicial system gifted to us by the colonial rulers so enslaving people. Anyone who has an experience of dealing with this dysfunctional system will agree. It takes years and decades to resolve simple matters. The powerful and rich have an unfair advantage that a good lawyer can influence the course of justice....why and how come?
I know this statement of IK will titillate the vulvas of our libturd badmaashiya class because that means an end to their age-old system of exploitation.
