Two different gun uses, one is carried within the NWFP.. one is carried within an urban area for land grabbing purposes.
The issue is not with Pashtuns, nor Urdu-speakers.. but with the politicization of ethnicity and calling it by any other name.

It is also a big misconception that Gohar Ayub led a procession of Pashtuns to celebrate the victory of Ayub in Lalookhet. He is from Hazara, so was the majority of the people in that procession. The majority of the truck and bus drivers in Karachi of those days used to be from the Hazara division. It is also impossible to imagine that the trouble makers like lalookhetis were mere spectators on that day.



The khudai khidmatgars were against the division of British India, if the Muslims of northern India could not co-exist with Hindus then it doesn't automatically mean that nobody can live peacefully along with Hindus. Ironically, the post-partition history of urban Sindh proves that these guys cannot live peacefully with any community in this world, let alone the Hindus.

The Khudai Khidmatgars were interested in one thing only, the liberation of their lands from the yoke of the British Imperialists - and just to achieving this goal they fought and shed their blood which cannot be said for the leaders and follower of Muslim League.

You are blaming the "redshirts" and "congressiates" for bullying the minority ethnic community, which is of course a blatant lie and another lame attempt of playing the minority and victim card. First of all Muhajirs are in a majority in urban Sindh, and secondly the "redshirts" and "congressaites" were forced to pick up guns to defend their lives and interests in Karachi. MQM is solely responsible for the ethnic polarization and riots in urban Sindh, where else in Pakistan we see so many killings in the name of ethnicity.
