Ya i can see that, two variants of su-30 developed, MKIs with the IAF & MKK with the PLAAF, still the original manufacturer goes for MKI version for it's own AF.

+ China making not 1 but 2 (so called) 5th gen STEALTH fighters but still negotiating with Russia for 4++ gen su-35s.

+ Also, the great J-31s are flying on Russian engines & Russia will delay it's own stealth ac???

The reality is, that Sukhoi has no issues with fundings, especially since India is not only partnering the stealth fighter project, but also buys more Super 30s und upgrade nearly 100 older once too, which all puts way more money in their hand than the Su 35 deal if it really comes through.
