ICJ hearing on Kulbhushan Jadhav case : News, Updates & Discussions

I never accept any Title who reminds me of my days when I was young captain and Mrs. Gandhi was killed by her own guards, Hindu Jawan and officers seeking revenge and they ordered us to lay arms and in the name of protection they appointed radicals as guards who killed at least 4 officers and 30 Jawans in my Battalion in the name of protection.

No Indian is proud of what happened with the Sikhs in '84 as a result of IG's assasination, but one must also know that it was politically motivated and more so by Congress than "Hindus" as you put it. You should know this.
You should also know that if some Hindus blamed all sikhs for what happened to IG, you're being no different by labeling an entire nation as Anti-Sikh based on the actions of a few.
You should have more faith in the nation and country you once served. But that's not here not there, you're entitled to your opinion.

Nevertheless, it doesn't take away from being a blot on our nation. There's no sugar coating that.

journo ? some one who is so partisan and communal cannot be

communal how?????? as far as partisan infact it is a suitable term for your orange media. at least ours have own opinion unlike that of indian one which act upon government policy.

He is missing in Nepal not India. Pakistan will drag Nepal to ICJ.
yes indeed we should whenever india disclose that you have him.

The extent of harm done to Pakistan is not something I can comment on, nor on his actual mission (spying or funding terrorism)...but if he is a spy, clearly he wasn't there to distribute sweets! That's a given.
:) then give us some credit for busting his network. irrespective of Iif he id hanged or not. but on a similar note as you take pride in his service he was doing for india against Pakistan' i would like to see him awarding the due punishment as per law for his services against Pakistan.

No need to waste your time with him. He is Abdul from Pakistan.

no no no Peshwa all those congressis were hindus. it is the biggest juggulary of words to hide behind the claim that look they were congresdis not Hindus. it was very well Hindus mob. if it had anything to do with only congress then why every time BJP became a party to save those congressis who committed 84 genocide?

it was bound to happen.pakistan has commited a big mistake of not executing him in time.india was supposed to make a drama and they did it.india will do more on diplomatic fronts specially white house.pakistan must execute him. he was carrying a fake irani passport with different name and that's what pakistan said in icj but icj and almost all institutions have now abundance of indian lobby because of indian rapid economic growth.pakistan can't fight india on diplomatic fronts and if we execute jadhav, india will send it's army on the borders or will do something like that just to show the world that india was right.pakistan has done a big mistake by going into icj and not executing him on time.

Of course I expect you to give him capital punishment, don't think there is any doubt to it! Think I started out by saying that he is as good as dead...so we agree there. I also see it from the Pakistani perspective and if I were in your shoes, I'd be baying for blood as well.
though there is a sense of hypocrisy wrt PDF Pakistanis and you should have the courage to accept it too.
You guys constantly throw accusations such as 26/11 and pathankot and uri attacks were inside jobs and fail to see why our blood boils when we hear such heinous accusations. So it does desensitize some on this forum from accepting KJ as a spy just to get even. It's sad but it's true! We do score brownie points off each other's martyrs.

Lastly, I think Pakistanis on PDF are a bit delusional to think that KJ was the last nail in the coffin and that "busting" his network is the end of the trail. He is the tip of the iceberg and this covert war will continue whether he hangs or lives, period! If you think India only had one asset working Pakistan, then you guys are more naive and emotional than originally thought.

at leastvi don't think he is the last nail.
in fact i am disappointed with Pakistani intelligence network that had failed to bust indian investment in tbe field. more to come indeed and pak intel have to restructure own organization. i feel its indian victory that ISI failed to make inroads in india while india still manages to plant people in Pakistan. There is nothing on our intel credit when it comes to india.

Why should India discloses something which is not there.
you can keep quiet even if there is

Didnt we just struck a deal with ehsanullah ehsan and cut him loose? So, whats the big deal if a deal was struck with India to cut this terrorist loose?

The people in charge of Pakistan have decided to not be faithful and fair to Pakistan. We as public should at least be fair in our anger. Both Ehsan and Yadev have publically admitted their crimes against the people of Pakistan. If one got a free pass then the other should be no different.

No!
This wasn't Hindu-Sikh riot! Yes, Hindus can be accused of not standing up for their brothers, the Sikhs, but the violence was mainly in congress ruled states. Congress and its leaders were the main instigators in all of this. Even Khushwant Singh, the most congress leaning Sikh of those times admits (in his article Victory to the Mob) to BJP leaders such as VAjpayee and Ram Jethmalani going out of their way to save thousands of sikhs. If this was a communal thing, bjp would have been at the forefront of "protecting" Hindu rights as was the case in Babri.

Please see below:

It must be acknowledged that some leaders of the Sangh Parivar and the RSS, including A.B.Vajpayee, went out of their way to help the Sikhs. So, did men like Ram Jethmalani, Soli Sorabjee and a few others."

Sangh saved thousands of Sikhs from being massacred on that fateful day, When my dad was transferred to Delhi and I went to nearby Shakha, when this discussion came up one day, I was told how Pracharaks and Swayamsevaks hid the Sikhs in their houses to save them from Congress goons.

The Hindu non reaction can be attributed to Bindrawale and his own anti-Hindu stance and killings that lost a lot of capital towards the larger Sikh community. RSS inaction to save sikhs on the larger front may have been motivated by this. Wrong as it was, inaction is not the same as killing. I repeat, this wasn't a Hindu - Sikh riot, this was a congress-Sikh riot!

There is no winning in this game, it's just point scoring.
The days of war are done, now is the era of destabilization and economic strangulation.
The problem with Pakistan and ISI is that it's stuck in the era where war and destruction was the only way to settle scores. Once Pakistan moves out of its military mindset and realizes that what funds the military is more important than the military itself, it will be playing an even game with India.

how is this related with this case?

why Pakistan military court let the execution open till that long?

Second, Nawaz and his party (challenging ICJ, giving credibility to ICJ etc.) following indian script that Jindal handed over.

So, what Pakistani people, media and establishment saying about Nawaz following indian script and military court lapse?
