IAF Chief to visit Bangladesh next week

Some Bharatis never get out of nationalistic-pot's impact. Have you even read what I wanted to mean? Brokering junk for neighbor to get better deal on other doesn't necessarily mean that brokering same junk for both, do you understand?

There is a wide spread believe that Bharatis had let Ruskies move the junks to BD's hanger for them to get better, newer version of it for its career. Understand now?

All your defence experts are stupid or idiot ?? If this is the case why they accept it ??

You bought planes with your money ... does any one bound you for those ones ?? Hundreds of option available in market so spread this BS and stupidity some where else

Or all these planes are free or cost or in aid ?

Yes they are, especially when AWAMY dalals are at the helm of BD's affair. And before responding again Knee-Jerking, read 'RAW and Bangladesh' to find out why they accept it.

See you are acting innocent here because it suits you now but our money doesn't stay as ours when your dalals come to power through your scheming to serve you by our costs, understand? Although options are there, it's not for dalals though. And finally we had to pay twice to make them flyable, so 'free of cost' and 'aid' are fairytale that never applies dealing anything with or through Bharatis.

BN-2 'Defender' Islander maritime surveillance aircraft, deck-based air-defence guns, varied surveillance equipment and 105-mm Indian field guns aren't comparable to MKI as those are like apples and orange but in a hypothetical war scenario in BD-Burma's case; especially a NAVAL one is somehow significant. Indians are allowed to build licensed copy of MKIs, so exporting them is out of question but do Burmese even need them in BD-Burma's perspective? They have more and potent MIG-29s along with a better equipped air force than ours, don't you agree? Now question is if Indians aren't in a mission to screw/check us out through Burmese then why are they sending NAVAL goodies to them? Oh I see! Hedging against SINOS. Are we insane/Nuts to believe that so little, so insignificant of hardwares would create any impact on a probable super power? Don't you think that applying all in equation, my argument on unwelcoming Indian Mil stays correct?

2ndly I was a compulsive follower of MIGS how bouts thus was pretty well informed about BAFER's getting run around but original question was why Bharati brokered and let Ruskie sell us used junks at the first place to get better deal on MIG-29Ks? Bharatis were empirically experienced in flying MIGs but if they were our real friends then why did they make better deal out of our expenses?

3rdly I didn't know what part of it seemed moronic to you but BAFERS were extremely happy with F7-BGS, the poor man's F-Solas whilest many didn't even want to hear about the Ruskie junk anymore. I understood that MIG-29s had 2 engines thus possessed better thrust, longer range, more weapon bays but by what cost? And what significance it brought, any tactical or strategic? IMO, Nil, Nada, Zip, Zilch. So, don't think that just because I don't poke my nose in MIL Hardware's related thread very often, I'm novice or moron. I'd been exploring that area even probably before you were borne. And ask Bharatis on how much they weigh on Geo-political scenario before buying military hardware to fit it in their scheme of things, thanks.

Mate, whatever weed you are smoking, it must be damn good.

Still not able to justify your stupid claim

"Bharati brokered and let Ruskie sell us used junks at the first place to get better deal on MIG-29Ks?

B'desh Seeks Enhanced Defence Cooperation With India

Bangladesh today sought enhanced defence cooperation with India, including boosting training facilities for its air wing as Indian Air Force Chief Air Marshal NAK Browne called on the country's top political leadership and military brass here.

The IAF Chief arrived here yesterday on a four-day official visit to Bangladesh to expand bilateral defence cooperation.

During his meeting with his Bangladeshi counterpart Air Marshal SM Ziaur Rahman today, Browne "exchanged views and discussed matters of professional interest".

Bangladesh sought enhanced defence cooperation with India, including more exchange of training facilities with IAF.

Indian Air Chief called on President Zillur Rahman and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

"President Zillur Rahman laid emphasis on exchange of training facilities for the officers of Bangladesh and Indian Air Forces," the President's spokesman told PTI.

The spokesman said the president pointed out that "significant number" of officiers of Bangladesh Air Force underwent training in India since 1974 while many officials from India took part in training in Bangladesh.

Browne, the spokesman said, told the president that the exchange of training and experience-sharing between the air force officers of the two countries would continue in the future.

The IAF chief later called on Hasina who said her government always valued the friendship and cooperation with the neighbouring countries and underlined Dhaka's firm stance against terrorism.

"The Prime Minister said her government is placing emphasis on meeting the basic needs of the common people along with developing our armed forces," a PMO spokesman told reporters after the meeting at Hasina's residence
