Girl Harassed While Returning From School – Meerut, UP

A girl student returning from school by cycle was sexually harassed by a group of Muslim youth who were bathing at a tubewell in Atora Road village near Meerut, UP, Hindi daily Amar Ujala has reported.

The youth who were part of a wedding party passed obscene comments at the girl and even chased her. When the girl reached home and informed her family, agitated villagers gathered and thrashed the accused youth. Police arrived at the scene and took 5 youth into custody.

Police officer Narendra Kumar said that the girl’s family has not lodged any written complaint and do not want any further action. The 5 youth have been let off with a warning.

12-Year-Old Girl Gang Raped in Shamli, UP

A case has been lodged against 3 youth – Wakib, Javed and Amjad – for the gangrape of a 12-year-old girl in Kandhla police station area, Shamli district, West UP, Hindi daily Amar Ujala has reported.

The girl’s father told police that on Tuesday evening his daughter was playing outside their house when the 3 accused abducted her and gang raped her. They left the girl in a dazed condition and fled. Police station in-charge OP Chaudhary said that a case has been lodged based on the father’s report and police is looking out for the accused.

Shamli district in West UP, bordering Haryana, is notorious for such crimes. In 2016, Kairana town in this district had witnessed a mass exodus of around 250 Hindu families due to insecurity triggered by spree of attacks against women, daylight murders of traders and other targeted intimidation. The district has ~ 58% Hindu and 42% Muslim population.

Teenage Dalit Girl Drugged & Raped by Neighbour Gulab Ali (35) in Etah, UP

The Etah Police on Friday arrested a man for allegedly raping a minor girl, Times of India has reported. Identified as Gulab Ali (35), the accused was arrested by Aliganj police, two days after victim lodged an FIR against him.

According to police, the accused and the victim are neighbour in Aliganj town. “On Wednesday afternoon Gulab Ali invited me at his home for lunch, as his family was celebrating a local festival. I joined for food, but after the lunch, I lost conscious and woke up in evening without clothes on my body in Ali’s bedroom. I was having severe abdominal pain, while Ali was in front of me,” said the 16-year-old victim.

Based on a written complaint of the victim, Aliganj police booked Gulab under IPC sections 376 (rape), 328 (Causing hurt by means of poison, etc., with intent to commit an offence), 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation), 3(5) 2 SC / ST act and POCSO.

The victim’s brother said, “Gulab sedated my sister, as he laced her food with intoxicants. We also found pills in his room when we went to his home to confront him.”

Ajay Bhadauria, circle officer of Aliganj said, “The victim’s family claimed that Gulab had raped their daughter for nearly four hours while the family kept on searching for her in nearby places. After the FIR, the girl was sent for medical examination.”

DSP Bhadauria said, “Though, the girl claimed to have been raped, but the accused, during interrogation denied the sexual abuse. We will now present the accused to magistrate and send him to jail.”

Another Minor Girl Falls Prey to Love Jihad – Held Captive and Gang-Raped for 2 Days in Delhi

A 16-year-old class 10th student was lured by her boyfriend ‘Sonu’ (real name Salman) on pretext of meeting his parents for marriage, then held captive in a Delhi flat and gang-raped by the boyfriend and 3 others for 2 days.

The rapists dumped the girl at Natthupura Chowk on Tuesday night, from where she managed to reach her house. Police was informed on Wednesday and medical examination has confirmed rape. A case of gangrape along with other POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act) sections has been lodged against the accused. On Thursday, police arrested two accused – Salman aka Sonu (21), and Imran (22), while they are hunting for the other two perpetrators.

The girl who is a resident of Jyoti Nagar in Delhi has been discharged from hospital but is mentally disturbed and undergoing counselling.

The girl told police that around 2 months back Salman befriended her after giving his name as Sonu. After this the two of them started meeting and chatting. On 18 February, she was on the way to the Government school where she studies when Salman took her to a flat in Yamuna Vihar on the pretext of meeting his parents for their marriage.

At the flat, she was offered a cold drink laced with sedatives. When she was in a semi-conscious state, Salman’s 3 accomplices came out of the other room and all 4 gang-raped her for two days. When she opposed, she was thrashed and even her private parts were injured.

The girl’s parents said that this is a case of Love Jihad – the accused Salman hid his real identity and assumed a Hindu-sounding name to snare their daughter in his love trap.

After reading the names, the Indian liberals will claim the 7 year old girl is responsible for the rape.

The incident was widely reported at the time. Are you suggesting that the reports should have been doctored to spare mention of the location? What do you propose should be done to the perpetrators if the news was correct? The Kathua rape victim was drugged and penned up in a temple, and that is part of the barbarism. Should that also be changed? Does a Muslim feel more insulted if a mosque is brought into the equation or if he, in a group, rapes a woman and kills and dismembers her?

Anyways, coming to kidnapping and killing of that professor and his family, cannot and shouldn't justify it, it was wrong on all accounts, the culprits should have been punished. But how did they conclude that wife was gang raped when her body was never recovered? Sensation or just the habit of it to make it look more barbaric (if you remember this rape was use by the the Indian movies to instill emotions in audience, almost each movie would have a rape scene where villain would try attacking the heroin's modesty ...... that was always there to make it more emotional)

Why don't you use the same "logic" for the Kathua murder too ?

How did you conclude she was raped when there is no forensic evidence of rape ?

How can a person be "hidden" in an empty toom that is visited by people every day ?

This is the room in which the girl was "hidden" , drugged, raped and killed.

YOu see the blue mat in the front ? she was supposedly "hidden" under that ....... nobody noticed a girl "Hidden" under that mat when they stood on it and prayed. Amazing.
