I would reverse the order of importance of that. What kind of major (world) power will you (i.e. China) be if you can't/won't even come to a ((more) reasonable) agreement with your immediate neighbours?

China has no plan to establish a SCS ADIZ as of now and in the foreseeable future.
If China do, there's nothing Vietnam can do to stop it.

If China declares SCS ADIZ, it has the capability to enforce it. Doesn't matter if other countries won't admit its existence, because it's there and planes that violates it get intercepted; just like the East China Sea ADIZ.

Vietnam does not have the capability to maintain a large ADIZ like this, all countries in the area can more or less ignore it.
Within a few years, most country would forgot that such ADIZ ever existed.

Who says I don't? And what's the relationship to SCS issue? AFAIK there are no EEZ issues with Cuba.

The only EEZ issue that I'm aware of that the US has with neigbours is with Canada about a 21,000 km2 wedge-shaped section of the Beaufort Sea that is claimed by both nations, an area that reportedly contains substantial oil reserves. Both the U.S. and Canada agree that they are bound by the 1958 Convention on the Continental Shelf; and they both agree that the boundary should be "equitable", as determined by the International Court of Justice. Neither the U.S. nor Canada have pressed for a swift resolution for the matter, or arbitration at the International Court of Justice, however; and the two have in the meantime cooperated in several measures aimed at preserving the maritime environment. A couple of ballistic DF15 will knock all the teeth out of all the Brahmos, a short range clone of the Russian P-800 Oniks.

India should not sell Brahmos all the time as this is a downgraded Russian weapon.
