How to lose weight fast but safely

I want to know what is the best time to drink water ..before meal , in between or after meal

I also had this bad habit of drinking water after meal which i assume was wrong habit

It doesnt matter when you drink. Its a myth that this changes anything. Dont bother yourself with such stuff and concetrate on the real issue.

Weight lifting generally doesn't help with weight loss. The goal is to burn as much calories(from fat) as u possibly can...to achieve this...jogging, swimming, biking, etc. is preferable.
It builds muscle which helps speed up the metabolism hence burning of more calories whilst you sleep.Kudos cookie Monster

completely stop eating Roti, if you cant then you wont loose weight simple is that. I found eating rice instead of roti manages to loose weight. also do some excercise for Gods sake...simple excercise: buy to 5 bound dumbles and punch an imaginary bad some 500 times a day (holding dumbles in each hand), and do some 300 situps, move to this number gradually.
One needs to take it easy with the rice as it expands in the stomach , bloating the damn thing.Kudos

I will see what i can do. I have a competition at 28 september so im bit busy.

When you have cramps that means you have not enough magnesium. You can use those centrum tabs, they are not that bad. But the main factor is lack of Magnesium.

previously I am addicted to beer but past one year I am only drinking non-alcoholic beer and my friend told me beer either alcoholic or non alcoholic both washed down all vitamins did it true?

Beer has super much calories. You should not forget that. I prefer apple juice without sugar.

Thats the popular belief in Pakistan and its very childish, you dont eat raw rice but already expanded (cooked) and there is no more room for it to expand. Its not like you put raw rice in your stomach and then sit on the stove and now it will expand three times :)

For an overweight person who likes tasty food, the fastest and safest way to lose weight is to greatly reduce the salt and other condiments intake. It will cause body to shed water which has been busy diluting these toxins in the body.
