Sir i am assuming u r a karachiite. I could be wrong. I have encountered too many harsh racist Karachiites towards punjabis pakistanis in USA what is the reason for this. Always I wanted to have best relations with them but they were always very harsh and intolerable and many have said they hate pakistan. Many renounce Islam and live and act like Americans.

What is the reason for all of this? I am very confused!?

I have no problem if someone comes up and preach something good when it comes to religion, any religion for that part. Being a fundamentalist by the spirit is not a problem as long as it is in the spirit. Promoting virtue and abstaining from vice is a core human trait.

So you noticed same thing many supporters of MQM if you check there profiles on social media you would realize they are Atheists. In next General Elections if people of Karachi again vote for MQM and Sindh for PPP than they need to stop blaming others.

I can try and answer your post though i am not qualified for that neither i am from Karachi.
First of all there are racist people in every ethnicity so its not a surprise you met someone from Karachi who is a racist.
Religion is a personal matter if one chooses to renounce Islam it is his/her personal choice. Surah Kafiroun suggests how to deal with them.

Now the reasons can be anything which may differ from case to case.
Normally such behavior can stem from the Hindu caste system, a bad personal experience, and the fact that the people of sub continent are more or like the chameleon when it comes to culture. This is a survival tactic used by the people of sub continent and the much thrown 'Aryan invasion' theory is a result of that. Although that theory is implausible to begin with but one can put it like this. So do not be surprised if you saw someone from Karachi doing the same thing which everyone else from the sub continent is capable of doing.

True sir but I have seen kids whom I tried to make friends with publicly speaking against Pakistan, punjabis and muslims. They are born in America but when I met their parents I was absolutely shocked to know their parents held same beliefs.

The division of power in the aftermath of the partition was terribly executed and has shown how intense of a failure the entire scheme turned into, with power being invested into specific ethnicities at the expense of others.
