If you know anything about parallel processing, the harder problem is not gathering a bunch of commodity processors or even manufacturing ones. Any idiot with some money can do that. Its scheduling tasks on it and keeping all of them busy to achieve a speedup. India's greatest achievement was we achieved parallel processing using commodity processors unlike large scale SIMD processors which Cray was using. It is like using a number of low cost moped engines to out-perform a high-cost rocket engine. Thats roughly what India achieved.LOL - where did the processors come from?
If they were designed and fabricated in India then this is something to talk about. If not then time to move on.
