Singapore is laidback , while hk is a typical large city with people in a rush , like Mumbai.

DJI founder is a PRC. Out of trying to increase nationalism, CNSA let Hong Kong University to have the honor to involves a small part of China lunar sample return mission. In fact, I believe many top PRC university can easily replace those task. HK university given the task is not based on merit
