Thankfully for admitting, yes, we are the victims; we the common people are not elite, and our children do not own mansions in London nor ranches in Texas. It is primarily us who faced the music of wrong decisions taken by others, either we lost our brothers and sisters in wars we did not start or our livelihoods were destroyed. Despite being leading and progressing rapidly in the 60s we are now on the verge of bankruptcy, our passport, our currency being one of the strongest ended up being the weakest.
So who exactly is the victim here? Who's fault is it? Who we the common people should question? who has been running the show? We the common people are definitely at loss but are the ruling families like sharif and Zardari's at loss as well, are the corrupt politically motivated generals at loss, or are the judges and bureaucrats at loss?
And before you and some others try to give it a spin; that it is all our collective fault, we'll it isn't. We were not the ones who favored Bhutto, we were not the ones who brought Nawaz Sharif to counter PPP nor we created MQM neither we created TLP nor TTP, we did not provide any of them with black vigos, weapons, money nor the unchecked authority.
The ones who created them for whatever "good" they thought for the state of Pakistan, ended up creating a mess and we the common people are not responsible for it, the ones who are is about time should be brought under the ambit of a system where wrong decisions are held accountable and right decisions are praised, and things should not be decided behind closed doors rather out in the open.
