Jacob loved Joseph more than his other sons since he was born to his favorite wife Rachel after many years of marriage.

Joseph being a honest kid always told the misdeeds of his brothers to his father so they considered him a rat to be removed.

Read the book of Genesis from chapter 28 to fully understand the background. You should know how Jacob ended up marrying Leah in the first place when his first love was Rachel... and about the dreams of Joseph and what it meant.

I have read...and know both...But that doesnt mean you add your own interpretation by calling someone a big mouth or by saying 1 was the favorite yet he had several kids from the the one he was forced to marry?

Which Jews? Most of Palestinians are Jews who were converted first to Christianity and later to Islam. Some Europeans who happen to have one Jewish mother suddenly decided to take the native people's land away. You're an Indian and you know nothing about the history of that region. Go in a political thread if you want to suck up to Israelis.

You are entitled to like any poem. But when you post it on a thread about Jewish history, you are implying that the poem accurately reflects jewish history. As I said before, don't pretend that you only posted it here because of the poetic merits of that poem.
