The weapon with blue casing certainly looks different from the standard LGBs in PAF inventory.

it's a bunker buster

note spice itself is guidance and glide kit for making free fall bombs into smart bombs
same is with LGB kits our h4 h6& rek made by gids Pakistan even USA jdams
the bombs themselves r separate can be air burst or bunker buster

No, India makes its own LGB & PGM. Only special munitions like SPICE which have image recognition are imported. India does not need such bombs in large numbers as in major war, it is impractical to image each target and then launch. So, simple mass bombing does not need Spice type bombs and hence India does not put efforts into making them

honestly I wont be surprised if they are working on a weapons like this in secret, we have seen how effective they were on 27th Feb, as we successfully hit our targets from a safe distance, the future warfare will be fought from stand-off weapons to avoid Air loss .

This is exactly what I thought... It was like a messaging to all concerned quarters...and so elegantly done too... no words needed!

As I remember from Feb 27th as well; the enemy was off the opinion that we ever posses such credibility and Washington has contained us from anything more advanced. In reply of hundreds of statements threatening us from Eastern Border; just a picture was shared to wake them up.
