What's new

Hair Health - nutrition, anti-aging, grey hair reversal, growth etc

No, as far as i concerned, its not medicine but supplement like vitamins only
Its affordable as well bro for long term use
i'll give it a try then along side my vitamin supplements....hope it works out for me too :-):-)

thanks for the reply man.....i ve heard a lot about finasteride and propecia too......been searching far and wide for nizoral shampoo....i have a good feeling that it'll work........have you experienced any serious side effects from using finasteride?

can i use multivitamin pills instead?? i have bought optilets-m and surbex-z (by abbotts)

jin ki maang e ni rhi un ki kesi "maange" ??:lol:
I suggest you should see Endocrinologist,Dermatologists,Trichologist before taking these pills.

It takes only 50-60k Indian rupees( must be slightly more in Pakistani rupees) to transplant hairs.....Its permanent too and grow like natural hairs. Recently one of my Baldy friend went for this and he is happy now.

There is no treatment for hair loss.
Whatever you get in market is BS stuff.
Hair transplant or silicon hair everything is temporary, nothing is permanent.
Oils, lotions, tablets nothing works.
well then science should get on it ....its a serious issue........but they are busy finding and naming effin jellyfishes and sh*t:pissed:

if it came to that...i'll have no other option but to get a transplant too

im doomed...i've dreaded this moment for so long and now its upon me....my hairline has begun to retreat....i dont want a bloody M on my head....not at the age of 23.....plz suggest ammunition against this terror....hair volumizer, conditioners, lotions ,shampoos , oils, sprays, serums , creams whatever works (would love it if you could suggest items that are easily available in pakistan)....please and thank you

Check the water that you are using, hard water also accelerates hair fall.

Yep its scientifically next to impossible to "reverse" permanent hair loss since these are actually follicle cells that have died...and stay dead. All the vitamin treatments/balms/oils etc and such may only serve to slow it down...and it is no guarantee at all given each person is different.

So yeah hair transplant or complete shaving....whichever you think will be better....are the only solid long term choices.

Lolz,,,if it started at 23,,i'm sorry but chances r u will end up takla before 30 :D
But dont worry,,u can always come to India for hair transplant,,,30-50 rupees per strand *wink
Start applying oil based minoxidil 3% with finesteride(either oral or topical)
Go through the hair care thread by manticore.

This is tried and tested.
But you gotta do this regiously every week. Do not stop even if you see an improvement.
Egg(whole) is excellent for reducing hair fall. Mixing egg with henna is also an option. You should apply egg to your hairs once a week. Wash it off after an hour or so, but don't use shampoo, conditioner can be used instead.
It's okay to use gel and stuff, but stay away from shampoos specially the anti-dandruff shampoos, even the anti-dandruff hair oils exacerbate hairfall.
Pills and oils which promise hair fall reduction come with their own side effects.

Baldness is mostly genetic in men. You can delay it by taking good care of your health but not prevent it completely.
Do not forget that eating food with "good" nutrients is as important as using hair masks. Drinking carrot juice with honey stops hairfall immediately....atleast in girls.
Finally, hair is not paramount to one's self confidence, it's all about how you perceive yourself.
Stop using lines like "I'm doomed".

Take care

@Mentee , @Levina , @Nilgiri , @BDforever and @Kashmiri Pandit has tried this technique on their respective heads and it worked out very well, and they are no longer bald anymore

Errr
Excusez moi!
I was never bald.

Somehow never grew my hair very long

My Aunty who lost good amount of hairs after cancer treatment used to drink carrot juice and honey first thing in the morning.
Now not just she's completely cured but also has long and dense hairs.
Touchwood!

Hope this helps.
