My Aunty who lost good amount of hairs after cancer treatment used to drink carrot juice and honey first thing in the morning.
Now not just she's completely cured but also has long and dense hairs.

But carrots are known to reduce hair thinning which is one of the symptoms of hairfall.

Baldness is mostly genetic in men. You can delay it by taking good care of your health but not prevent it completely.
Do not forget that eating food with "good" nutrients is as important as using hair masks. Drinking carrot juice with honey stops hairfall immediately....atleast in girls.
Finally, hairs are not paramount to one's self confidence, it's all about how you perceive yourself.
Stop using lines like "I'm doomed".

Do you have severe dandruff problem?
no...i used to have slight dandruff but even that is gone.......i do have a very bad diet like just one or two meals a day....low protein and vitamin intake too

What you have 1 starchy meal a day or something?

That can cause diabetes and heart problems over long term, please eat balanced diet with veg, fruit and dal etc....and lean meat/fish is preferable in moderation.

thankfully my degree is about to be over so i might have a little free time to take care of myself.....with long hours at uni and commute its just no possible for me to prepare a balanced meal 3 times a day....have to make do with junk\fast food :cry::cry:

Pollution is another major source of hairfall among young population along with rays emitting out of new gadgets like cellphone, computers and many other electronic devices.
If you see the patter, the baldness was not very common in this part of the world. But it was very common in hte western world ( I am not demonizing them). So with the aping of their way of living (modern or not so modern) with good things, bad things have started flowing here as well. ONe of that is our over dependence on appliances which reduces our physical activities and thus slowly and slowly accerlate us at much faster pace towards the MBP threshold. Baldness which used to come in mif 40s or 50s have started appearing in early twenties now days.
So, take care of your scalp and health. Get few times clean shaved (not the machine cut but shave), as it will help in removing any infection if any from the scalp and help in new healthy growth.
