Somewhere between 20-200 thousand Kashmiris fled into Azad Kashmir over the last 30 years.

I'm not sure if they are counted as refugees or as Indian citizens, but the number of Indians citizens living in Pakistan is 2 million making Pakistan a larger destination than the US. Again im not sure how much of that figure is Kashmiri, but its still far bigger than the 7000 (being generous) Pakistanis living in India.

Does the figure includes the migration of partition because highly unlikely that 2 million Kashmiris migrated out of India, because Muslims in Kashmir would become minority if not vanish if such large numbers are true.
