Nope Murderer can't be freed because in Pakistan the rules don't account for Mafia threats to family of victim
The state can't protect the victims
Pakistan with it's failed system , and patched up courts can't provide Justice to victims and Jatoi Case is one such example
Provided the "Victim's family is threatened " or enticed by violence then the Murderer should face full force of Justice and they be Hanged
1- Murderer set free (Jatoi Case , Sindh )
2- Politician caught with Wine and Narcotics , freed that it was honey containers (PPP , politician)
3- Cases against Shabaz Sharif thrown out (Court lost file where original petition was filed)
> Money Launding case suspect Maqsood Chaprasi died in UAE
4- Money Launderer (Nawaz Family Case) allowed to leave prison , and go to UK in Frist class plane
