Geography Now (Pakistan)

. .
Very good Barbie best video in a while some slight corrections needed but at least he is now exposing Pakistan to new audience thats what I care

@Pan-Islamic-Pakistan the Butthurt Indians as usual in the comment sections lol @Nein Thanks to Turkish commenters as well @GeraltofRivia and also to Chinese ones as well

They glossed over Kashmir dispute and reasons behind it, Quaid’s struggle for Pakistan, and mentioned terrorism without discussing Indian, NDS, and CIA roles in it.

The Point is it wasnt a geo political video it was just geography lesson for people who dont know much of Pakistan if you want that I hope Caspian Report does a video titled the Geopolitics of Pakistan he did one on China,Turkey,Vietnam, Sweden, and etc this at least had more positives than most on Pakistan

Westerners always have to put a negative spin on the video to demean Pakistan. At one point they said we do not give Non-Muslims equal rights and mentioned the rules on Pres, PM being Muslim.

They took their time to mention that, yet many Western countries, it is difficult to be a religious Muslim as hate speech and indoctrination is so prevalent.

Barb did even go over the contoversal issues just slight mention of the blashphemy law no biggie most vids I have seen just attacked Pakistan of being too fundamentalist, India good he tried to keep a balance besides he was nice enough to research and ask Pakistanis before he made this video which 99 percent none do heck I found VisualPolitik recent vids to be pure crap but Barb of Geography Now did well at least I saw more positive comments here minus the Indian trolls who pollute much of the web, now Shirvan who is Azerbaijani by the way should do a video on Geopolitics of Pakistan he did one on CPEC which was pretty good

That's why I wrote educated , in Pakistan ratta system has severely diminished intellectual capacity building , the mere fact ( from experience) if a kid talks about history he's made fun of, by teachers and students alike ,

Whenever I used to talk about some "history" related stuff with my brother or my mother, they used to think I had gone "insane" and wasting my time on "stupid things" :omghaha::omghaha:. Only on internet I can convey these sophisticated thoughts, if I talk to my family or friends in Gujranwala Pakistan with such sophistication, they will think that I might have become a psycho retard. Most Pakistanis inside Pakistan don't like to discuss "sophisticated thoughts", they are just interested in everyday talk that matters to them and their daily lives.

There is saying in Punjabi language in our area "Soochi paya tay banda gaya" which means "The one who starts thinking too deeply is destined to become mad/insane".

Same but to my shame , it was my other educated friends , completely aloof of our past except what they needed to learn for O levels Pakistan studies

.
At least you Pakistanis only have Indians my God wait for the Turkey video.

Comments are literally going to be littered with Greeks, Armenians, Butthurt Balkaners, Butthurt Euros and Westerners, a bit of Arabs and a lot of Kurds.

agreed, but the population of Butthurt Indians is alot more than all of those countries,

You have portrayed the true picture of our mediocre culture due to the lack of education. This mentality is the reason why we are in the mess today. We don't even remember what last the government did. Thanks to media that there is some awareness among the masses otherwise, the invisible kingmakers would have continued their chess board game.

Let's say that the common man in Pakistan is indifferent, the fact remains that culture and history is created by men of purpose.

There is saying in Punjabi language in our area "Soochi paya tay banda gaya" which means "The one who starts thinking too deeply is destine to become mad/insane".

Not the case for Jinnah and Iqbal who thought quiet deeply about things.

culture and history is created by men of purpose.

Way of life of a group of people living in some specific area is called culture
like their language religion customs dress design of their houses cuisine their wedding ceremonies funerals and many other things
collection of all these things is called culture of some specific group of people
And these things are not created by some men of purpose but people collectively adopted these things for to imrove their chances of survival or for some other reason
A collection of past events related to some area or a group of people is called history
and history is also not developed by some men of purpose but it is just a record of past events

Utter ignorance.

The ideas that shape your existence and which form the basis of culture, and eventually history, are not cooked up at the local tandoor nor does anyone visit the tandoor for higher learning. Mohammed ﷺ was not a common man. Nor was Jinnah or Iqbal whose persistence and ideology created Pakistan.

Stay in school. You have much to learn.

.
As per the books of Punjab textbook board the history of the current day Pakistan starts with the mohenjo daro and harrapa about 5000 years ago
next chapter is about arrival of Islam
than colonization after that Pakistan movement and the creation of Pakistan
Do you know what history is? Go back to school

.
Go back to school
Going back to school is not an easy task
but as per my understanding history means record of past events most of the time which is just suni sanai batain or guess work

You have much to learn.

Agree with you and rest of your post is what is called in Urdu sawal gandam jawab chana
