Had we gone for coal mix or small hydro or spent more time on that we would haven't been stuck in this.

Worse thing is even hydro is very expensive (due to flawed deals we signed)

Those deals put hydro at 9centa for first 7 years.

Instead we should have drawn the contract with less return in immediate years and more return over time

Realitively cheaper in long run..very expensive in short run. China provided 10b$ loan for two 1100 projects

Hydro is better option even if there are fluctuations.

Pakistan simply over did it.. typical PMLN style..spend without thinking

From 1990s it's their style..no feasibility just spend spend spend.

Hence why I will take zardari anyday over PMLN

None of zardari era projects will bankrupt Pakistan
PMLN era projects always do.
