. . .
The main story on the Moscow Times right now. Things are rapidly changing globally. The Russia-Ukraine war has upended the global order.

Look at these Nazis. They're the father of war crimes. I don't believe anything about WW2 anymore. Actually even as a child God gave me inherit awareness to doubt Jewish lies. I was very suspicious about how our school curriculum was about the Holocaust and how they were trying to control our school events and policies. Every human being was born with this anti-evil awareness but satanhas corrupted it in many.

Firstly, there is no dichotomy between Hamas and W. Bank Palestinians. Yes, they had a power struggle in Gaza 15+ years ago but it is only a gradient of difference when it comes to dealing with Israel; and you can include the Israeli-Arab citizens in that equation--remember how they violently revolted against Israel barely 1-2 years ago?

Hamas is the brutalized version of Palestinians because Hamas can answer Israeli terror with terror. Israelis kill civilians hiding behind a façade of civility--using court orders to evict and when the dispossessed react, Israelis kill them. The W. Bank Palestinians can't do much about that but Hamas can and Hamas does!!

To believe that Hamas is different from other non-Gaza Palestinians is a huge fallacy--perhaps it is driven by a strategy to Divide and Conquer.
The question is, since Hamas is the government of Gaza, does it care for Gazans? Does it really like to prevent Gaza from becoming the next Yemen or Afghanistan?

Heart warming scenes from egyptian border, ordinary people are trying to reach gaza with help on their backs and on foot.
No time for silence by goverments, war or not war it gaza must be saved either way.

Bye Adir. Give our Salams to Allah on your way to Hell with Judas, Satan and Abu Lahab. Maybe Allah will give you fox Jews and Jew NN to try to make propaganda to get out of Hell. If you can, tell us how bad the fire feels. 😊
Maybe not straight away. Some of them believe if you don't fulfill your mission you can reincarnate. I kid you not. I always knew that Pajjits and Kykes are close for that reason. They were together in the waiting room. Pajeets get the assignment of the toilet cleaners Kykes if not careful can end up in Treblinka

That's not possible. Many are in hospitals and are unable to move south. You are asking for over a million people to vacate their homes , move south and create one of the most densely populated areas on earth. Is your brain even working?

Also, Israel doesn't have the military tenacity/integrity to fight door to door, through one of the most urbanised areas in the middle east, with a bunch of reserves. They will resort to artillery and air strikes, which Hamas is easily sitting through, in the tunnels.

Israel cannot launch an assault on the tunnels either. Down in the tunnels it is like Vietnam. There are mines, traps, submerged areas, countless fighting positions, fortifications and dead space called "fatal funnels" where your enemies can wipe out entire israeli squads with a single AK burst. They also have supplies down there to likely last for years. Israel cannot sustain a conflict for that long logistically, with so many troops, meaning that they will not even be able to crush the resistance in the tunnels even if they keep the pressure up for many years. Not to mention that the Palestinian groups are likely still being supplied with ammunition, food, water and everything they need to keep fighting, through other underground tunnel systems

Not to mention that those whos family have been killed by airstrikes, had their homes destroyed and their lives ruined, are likely to pick up arms too. You have over a million of these men who are pretty much upcoming enemies for the IDF.

@jhungary can probably explain the absolute brutality of tunnel warfare a lot better than I can. The bottom line is that many, many civilians will die and Israel will still not be able to achieve its objective militarily.
It depends on several factors.

urban warfare is one of the most, if not the most difficult warfare to fight in, because you are talking about zero-distant engagement, that negate just about every advantage there are in the book, because you have to actually go into the grind and fight, that close the gap between you and enemy, not to mention a lot of places you can hide in and that favor the defender.

That said, it also depends on the situation, on how much both side is prepared, was Hamas prepared for such a fight, how about their supply situation, urban warfare heavily stretched on supply, because as a defender, you are constantly on the move, which mean you either have supply everywhere or you are grouping them together and have your last stand somewhere, what about training and drilling, did Hamas practice fighting Israel that close? Fighting this close took a lot of skill, because your enemy is so close to you, so you would have to have discipline and know what to do or it is going to turn into a giant blue on blue event. You are talking about ambushes, it won't work if you commit your ambush too early because you notify your enemy, and you can't commit it too late, because they may see you before you do anything, at the same time, you will have to strategically deploy your force, so that you make sure they won't shoot each other that close quarter, which mean you will need predetermined Killzone, Boobytraps and Funnels, all those require months, if not years of training. It's not just putting 2 people with AKs on each room trying to ambush the Israeli.

On the other side, you also need to know how well Israeli is prepared, how they tackle the situation, even what is their objective, as i explained before, it would work better for Hamas if Israel had some sort of objective in this, and they need to achieve that and not just seeing this as a giant killing field. Because that would mean they will need to reach their objective fast, that mean they are more pronged to being attacked. but if they are just doing unimaginable stuff in there, then they wouldn't even need to clear the entire city, they just need to know where the fire is, and systematically destroy the entire neighborhood and keep Hamas at their arm length.

On the other hand, In a tactical point of view, I would not be putting civilian in the line of fire if I was Hamas, if they were adequately trained then yeah, maybe, otherwise it do more harm than good for them tactically, first of all, you would need to have arm them, which mean taking supplies off your trained fighter, I mean, giving a trained fighter 200 rounds of ammunition is very much different than giving 200 rounds of ammo to civilian, not to mention the probability of these untrained people is not going to be aware of their surroundings, then whatever I said previously 2 paragraphs ago would come into play.

In all, I see only a very slight chances Hamas can come out ahead of this, Israel is not really an incompetent force like many people here think, majority of their engagement are urban style warfare, and they understand and drilled to the concept. We are talking about a high casualty affair with up to 300,000 Gazan being casualty while Israeli can suffer anywhere between 15-20k, that's Bakhmut level Russian casualty for Israel. This is about who can stomach their casualty better. In a normal run, there are no way Israeli can stomach 15-20k casualty in a single operation, I just don't know if they will see this operation differently after that many people getting massacred. But if both sides will not stop and can stomach their casualty, then Israel would most definitely come out ahead. You are talking about 300,000-400,000 Israeli against 15-20,000 Hamas fighter with unimpeded airpower and artillery support on Israeli side.
