Tie Israeli captives to the roofs of buildings. Israelis will think twice before bombing buildings which have Israeli captives on it. You can still treat the Israelis captives humanely as per international law while using them to prevent Israel from levelling residential buildings in Gaza. Make a portion of Israeli captives visible so Israeli jets don’t bomb those areas. Keep the rest of the captives hidden for when Israel invades and for negotiating.
