Its a simple fact, the most religion nations are generally the places I would LEAST like to live so going back into a more religious state would be disastrous. Christianity butchered populations across the Americas, caused wars across all of Europe for centuries and oppressed free thinking at a time when Islamic scholars were excelling, oh I miss the days of being labelled a heretic and being burnt alive.

At the end of the day abrahamic religions have now run their course, the only thing they contribute to now and in the future will be more wars/death/bloodshed/segregation. The countries that need religion are countries that are poor, when you become advanced and everyone has a good standard of living/healthcare/food/salary then things like religion become pointless as they are but a tool for keeping weak uneducated people in chains. Look on wikipedia for countries with high percentage of population being religious then look at the people who are not, theres a clear link between the advanced countries and low levels of religion and the shitholes with very high levels of religion.
