To counter bhangis, we need to diversify our education system. And correct our system on those strategic locations, which are impeding our reach to global level. Govt should take this message to govts of those companies, so that no one could block us anywhere unjustfully. And if some bhangi does that, then we will make sure that he, along with his team is losing his job.He is a question in answer to your question:
Why high tech industry of US started placing embargo on export to Pakistan, what changed during that era particularly around Y2K bug era?
Why Singapore origin website are not easily accessible to Pakistan, why there is usually a two step verification and many a times denial to Pakistani IPs?
What is common between these countries, why their high tech industry seems to be in a Pakistan Denial Stance?
You find the common denominator, and you will find the reason.
Guess "Bhangi"
At least things should be cleared for fabless and FPGA. Rest we will handle one by one.Cadence, Mentor, and Synopsis is allowed (but very expensive). btw, i have a cracked version of vivado 2019.
FPGA is banned yes, EDA no. now for the second part, that is because paksitani industrialists are hadharam, and dont want to adopt new technologies. look at the IT sector: only a few companies are into that, all the rest think that setting up a sugar mill, ata mill, textile factory or building housing societies is the way to go. another reason is the lack of knowhow about this field. Govt must take steps to promote fab-less design like it did with the IT industry.
