How do Pakistanis feel about this? Happy? Sad? Angry? Forgetful?
Got it.Most people don't care, apart from the Mullah brigade maybe but most Pakistanis are concerned about jobs, electricity, corrupt politicians.
Except this part, about how recalling this anniversary is somehow "maligning Pakistan".I know you have your own agenda of maligning Pakistan but keep your hatred to yourself. Cheers.
My house was like around 20 minutes by walk from where he was found . We were spending our summer season in Abbotabad that year . When i saw the news it I couldn't believe the most wanted man in the world was so near us
Did you hear any gunfight or choppers that night ?

This was 2011. Pakistan was still busy throwing peanuts to satisfy the proportion of its population that supported al Qaeda and supporting the Taliban as "strategic depth." Every Administration since 9/11 had tried the route of notifying Pakistan of high-ranking Al-Q and Taliban whereabouts, but with only one exception I can think of - Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (after he killed an American reporter) - they all disappeared before the arrival of Pakistani law enforcment. Sometimes the Americans even watched this happen by drone or sattellite, if I recall correctly.no i wish pakistani forces killed him
