Retired Judge is what ? why most eligible and most honorable ? Judiciary of Pakistan is equally corrupt,
and there are thousands of retired judges. Her presidential qualification is not that.

BTW all these useless, resource wasting posts like President of Pakistan should be abolished. A person sits there like an Emperor, does nothing and devours money like crush machine.
It's not obligation to follow what our colonial masters have given us. There can be a system of our own. One head of state and also same person can be head of parliament and govt.

This colonial inherited system doesn't allow to do any good thing even if somebody wants, and you will see it, how hurdle of this law and that legislation will come in way of Imran khan. This system is specially designed for this purpose.

In other words, Hazrat Aisha knew nothing about Islam when she stood against Hazrat Ali during the dispute. Who was she to find that exact verse in the Quran where she was forbidden explicitly to not lead in any form.

Do you follow Arabs or Allah? Did Allah command you to refrain from haram? Or do you do it because the Arabs used to?

Being a muslim is not compuslary, if you don't feel like it, you don't have to be - but don't white wash it and try to excuse that BS because some camel jockey did it too.

If your general sentiment is to not follow religion blindly, but to follow it from valid sources, i agree. But i can never agree with a statement suggesting prohibiting from haram is "extra".

A woman can be a successful mother, a successful headmistress, a successful vice chancellor and a successful CEO of a company, but cannot be a successful head of the state. I don't know where the link is missing.

In private life you might be a male, female or whatever but in professional life you are an individual doing the duties.

Justice Javed Iqbal made his own identity besides being son of a great philosopher and poet. His wife is also a successful lady on her own. If ever made a female president of Pakistan, she is an ideal person.
