Fighting hopelessness: Panama Case, JIT and the confusions

At least you have the honesty to accept that the cyber patriots are a minority. A couple of years ago, PTI supporters refused to accept that majority of the people are with Nawaz and Zardari. The same goes for army fanboys.

Now many of my friends who are staunch supporters of Idiot Khan, accept that they are a tiny minority.

And this corruption mantra will also end one day. It has been overused so much that ordinary people have stopped bothering about it. I personally don't give a damn about corruption. We are third world after all. This isn't Switzerland.

Idiot Khan is never gonna win by proving that his opponents are corrupt. He just doesn't get it. His small brain can't comprehend electoral politics.
Honestly the force PTI used the money and time they spent to oust NS if they spend on to change the system it would be more benefit in future or coming election, when they resign first time from parliament they should take at-least another major party in confidence and resign together till reforms in elections corruption taken seriously by ruling party, well, for just grab of power is the result we are seeing this endless darama.

Pakistan is in such a mess because of people like you that accept corruption as the norm. We are a third world country because of corruption. Switzerland is Switzerland because they don't allow corruption. And when someone stands up for corruption you call him Idiot Khan. You are the actual idiot here.

Two judges have judged NS to be dishonest and that he should be denotified / disqualified.
Three judges agree 100% with the former 2 judges that NS is a dishonest person, but have gone a step further to form a JIT to investigate the "money trail " of NS alleged money laundering activities. If NS is still unable to satisfy the 3 latter judges, then even one of the 3 can determine that NS is certainly dishonest and denotify / disqualify him. The million $ Q now is "will the JIT do its job of finding answers of the 13 questions put up by the judges or the civilian institutions will be influenced by NS and his ministers esp. Interior and finance ministers. keep in mind that all 5 judges agree that all state institutions like FIA, NAB, FBR are defunct and dysfunctional. The other point being raised by many analysts is how can someone, in this case grade 20 - 21 officers investigate their "boss " in a way that is free from influence and coercion. Any new evidence submitted by NS which contradicts the evidence,( bogus as it maybe ) already submitted to the SC will be tantamount to lying and NS will be charged with "pergury" which is a criminal offence. So therefore the fear and loathing by NS and his cronies will continue to defame PTI, SC and anybody else. It's going to be a Long Hot Summer.

AT last Nawaz will have to step down now its upto him that he resigns as per the advice given by family and friends or enforce COAS to repeat Gen.Kakar act.

Nawaz will never resign, he will hold on to the top spot as long as possible or until someone actually kicks him out.

Like i said he will have to resign or else there will be a forceful resignation.

after this Jindal fiasco.... whole scenario may have changed... and umpire may have urge to stick his finger some where

You can't force a guy who is celebrating the creation of a crooked investigation team investigating on his family to resign. Sharif knows that resigning hands Opposition a political victory in itself.

This is the fact of the day, the Last hope is always Allah, lets hope He brings a person like RS(bear in mind i am not talking of martial law, or a COAS) a powerful person at a powerful position, it can be anyone who decide to call it a day..............
God helps those who help themselves!!

And this means nothing. It would have meant something in a country whose leaders have some morality. By leaving Sharif in the seat, Supreme Court is asking him to resign himself or stay in power. Then the Supreme Court asked the same institutions to nominate its members to constitute a JIT.

How will these officers investigate a sitting PM? How will Pakistan even achieve objective results when the country is not a member of bilateral or multilateral arrangement to share information regarding offshore holdings?

Supreme Court should have de-seated the PM. Only then there was a chance Sharif could be investigated. SC decision is neither here nor there.
Sir if he was de-seated, suspended that is, how would that have helped? AT ALL!!
Do you think that with him gone his ministers and parliament with majority of members from PMLN would have turned pious over night and would have choose the right path out of fear or God? I don't think so. That is what i mean when i say that suspension would have looked good to the eyes but would have served no practical purpose as far as JIT investigations are concerned.

It would be a big political blow to the PMLN

That was when the urdu translated copy of the verdict was not out yet. :P

Thank you sir for summarizing the situation. I hope it will make more and more people understand the situation. We need to be aware of it all and of the role we can play, the least we can do. As i said, we have to do this for the future of our country.

after this Jindal fiasco.... whole scenario may have changed... and umpire may have urge to stick his finger some where
NOTHING will happen on that. Unfortunately.
