I agree, he didn't say he is a technologist but weren't 25 years sufficient to develop his own progressive political thoughts which would tag into supporting people with radical technological ideas ?

With me, in my eight years on PDF my language has improved and I have developed ideas with greater clarity and simplicity and challengingness so what stopped him for a much greater time period ?

No, from what you describe above, his take on education is not at all similar to mine. He continues to want a caste system in education by retaining a category of "toppers" who will lord over the "clerks". He hasn't questioned what have these toppers achieved in the last 75 years and why are the clerks not given the human respect they deserve because they may have their own talents and experiences which may actually contribute to society. He's not all bad, does a lot of work raising funds for various environmental causes and so on.

Seems to evoke strong responses from a few of my very left leaning friends too, Mr Vasudev. I think they feel threatened because he speaks fluent English and carries himself well, which makes him dangerous.
