You clever Pakistanis! Why do u have to give so much fun, detailed, pain, continous humilaition to our neighbour of 1.2 billion Indians. This Indian Mig Kargil C serial number, which was shot down by Pakistanis is indeed similar to the so-called F6 wreckage painted in PAF colours.hahaha

Where are hundreds and hundreds of Indians on this forum, gone....lol.... this is a national shame, how Indian historians and Indian govt, change history, lies and propagates to its poor galluible nation by displaying its own wrecked aircrafts. You won't see this anywhere in the world.

Airforces decorate there old/retired planes and place them on some chowk or parks on the other hand the Indian air force retires there aircraft paints the Pakistani flags on them ( wo bhe ulta )and showcase's them as Pakistan jets shot down during war .

Apparently this is what the description reads.

It is because those desplayed remains are painted over the time, and that might be the reason for the wrong marking, as due to ageing and time, those will started getting rusted, and since this is been displayed on the front gate of some millitary installation, those could not be displayed with rusty features.

All that is very well but the fact is this wreckage belongs to none other than an Indian MiG-21. How can you ignore the obvious serial number.

I think they made this part repainted in Shiny Grey Color bashed it with hammer and placed it on the Tail this part is not matching with rest of the tail

kid read the OP carefully...The pic in yr palm airforce station was shared in which the designated wreckage is labeled as PAF F6 aircraft which was actually a twin engine mig19's chinese copies we purchased in late 60s

That tail section if u look closely is of a downed mig21 a/c which was iaf's mainstream a/c in 71 war, with a clear serial number visible, which has the C designation in start of number. Which is of yr own mig21's as shown in picture of a downed mig21's wreckage in kargil conflict and in the post#3 of iaf mig21s parked photo with clearly visible serial numbers.

You can guage the idiocy level by the fact that technically the International Boundary was violated by Pakistan with the southern flank of attack towards Chambh (If one gets into the technicality of the boundary between the two nations after the signing of Karachi Agreement of 1949 and demarcation of Ceasefire Line called as LOC post Shimla Agreement) in 1965, yet till date Indians have never ever highlighted this point either domestically nor internationally and nor ever realised this point, allowing Pakistan to change the narrative to, as you have stated above, that of 'defending' against a bigger enemy, conviniently sweeping away the grand failure in achieving their objectives in the first place, being the initiating belligerent nation of the conflict.

It is a travesty of facts and unfortunately, both nations remain embroiled in it.

Well if one wants to get to the technicalities of in-competencies, Pakistan's in-ability and in-action earlier, believing the Indian promised plebiscite in Kashmir would eventually materialize, not considering or contemplating that possibly the Indian government could break that promise and capture Kashmir with the use of force, forestalling time and not taking the initiative earlier specially in 1962 would have certainly solved this issue right then and there but you know in-competencies and blunders of the highest proportions, with not only the initial objectives changing in the 1965 war but this problem continuing to persist to this very day.
