So much wrong with your post. The F22 had specialized networking capabilities from day 1, its low probability of intercept (LPI) datalink is called IDFL. It was deliberately not networked with legacy platforms because legacy platforms would have compromised the low observability of the F-22.

Today we have a mechanism to securely network all our platforms including the F-22 even in electronically dense hostile airspace.
