Once again baseless propaganda. Israel has yet to put forth any evidence of such claims. It it is so sure of its propaganda it can present it to the world today.
Leading the group of senior Hamas officials who want to sever ties with the Islamic State are former Gaza prime minister Ismail Haniyeh and Yahya Sinwar, one of the most prominent figures in the Hamas military wing. (Sinwar was among the most senior Hamas prisoners freed by Israel in 2011 as part of the deal for the release of kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit.)
Again, baseless propaganda. Ismael Haniyeh has no idea about these Israeli bed time stories. There is no such 'cliques' existing in the movement. Ismael Haniyeh is the public face for Hamas and is responsible for outreach to public. He doesn't decide anything within the movement. Yahya Sinwar is pretty much retired now, he plays no role. He played role in West Bank in past.
According to sources in the Gaza Strip, Hamad and Nofal were central in approving arrangements by which IS terrorists have been given access to several Hamas weapons caches. They also allowed IS to use Hamas-controlled tunnels connecting the Gaza Strip and Sinai Peninsula.
Baseless propaganda again as well. Ayman Nofal is an ordinary field commander. Fathi Hamad is the security force sector and has no affilation with political or military wing hierarchy. Actually even the Israeli journalist is confusing Ayman Nofal for Raad Attaar. Egyptian media made claims that Raad Attar went into Sinai to kill Egyptian troops. This is baseless propaganda since Sisi coup. Raad Attar was killed in the last conflict in Gaza with Israel. So the journalist is essentially talking about a dead person. Everytime Ayman Nofal is brought up in Egyptian or Israeli media, the picture of Raad Ataar is shown. It's clear these Pinocchio morons have no clue what they're talking about.
Isn't this funny though? It says Hamas military wing has no funds and is weak yet somehow they're tranferring all kinds of weapons to militants in Egypt. 
Channel 2 reported last week that one of the heads of Islamic State in the Sinai,
Shadi al-Menei, was visiting the Gaza Strip to further cement such ties. That wasn’t the first time he had made the journey. But last week’s visit was evidently less secretive than previous such trips. According to Gaza sources, he was seen at a wedding and even at a well-known coffee shop.
Yeah, and I saw Jesus at my local coffee sheep this week too. Gotta love these 'sources in Gaza'. 
Now to get to the point, this 'journalist' took all this info from a pro-Sisi Egyptian site:

The other website he took info from is 'Walla!', an Israeli site even Israeli's consider lowgrade just as Debkafile.
The rest isn't worth addressing. Only true thing was government doesn't have enough funds to provide basic services. This is because of the siege and US banning any financial transactions to Gaza or West Bank without US/Israeli approval. And also there are obviously collaborators, nothing new.
