Exposed: Sindh Police Escorted ''Ghar Damad'' From His Hotel.

The arrest was made by police at 6:50 am, the main story here isn’t how Safdar was arrested, or even who arrested him. PML are making a appoint about entering into the room of Maryam, but the real issue is the kidnapping of IG.
The question now is that if the PMLN & PPP were lying about all these things related to the arrest, how do we know that the IG was actually 'kidnapped'?

Would the IG residence or neighboring residences not have CCTV footage to confirm the 'kidnapping' account?

Did no one capture anything related to the 'kidnaping by Rangers' on cell phones? IG's guards etc? That position involves a lot of security given the risk from terrorists & criminals.

Mere statements from individuals is not going to be sufficient given how politically compromised the Sindh police is.

. . . .
There was a video of it floating around Twitter a while ago, cctv shows police outside at 6:48am, and rushing in at 6:50am. Do you rush in if prior in the two minutes you politely asked to enter and opened the door normally? Have a look:

Police are standing outside at 6:48, cctv cuts for two minute rather conveniently and then rushing inside at 6:50am.

Anyway, this isn’t the main issue, the main issue is the kidnapping and extrajudicial detention of IG Sindh.

This will be clear after inquiry but if he issued orders after detention then he should be sent home for intentionally failing to address crime committed at mausoleum of Father of the Nation, a crime which is punishable to the extent of 3 Years of detention in Jail

. .
No the real issue is desecration of Jinnahs tomb by Captain Safdar and police refusal to arrest him on the pressure of CM Sindh
CM should be brought to justice. Failing to keep the sanctity of father of nation tomb. Tomorrow someone else ransack the tomb .... should have harsh punishment.

. . . .
Nice whataboutery again, you must have really fantastic vision as the people standing near the door are too far to be seen with much clarity with the cctv camera. Anyway, again, all this is irrelevant. IG's kidnapping is a thousand times more serious than an arrest of Safdar, with or without a broken door etc etc etc.

What whataboutery sir, I agree with what you are saying, , let's come to that part when it unfolds.
If political interference was involved in not registering an fir which is a legal process, than no one should complain about rangers interference as well.
The same action should be reserved for CM or Sindh gov if they stopped the fir as some of us are demanding against rangers. Law is equal for all right.

Can see clearly from a distance if someone is trying to break a door. Especially a hotel room door, those doors are strong and secured.
Their was a significant bit of lying involved and aurat card played.

IG was awakened by army rangers - liberals on fire
Capt Safdar was arrested by breaking door - liberals on fire
Capt Safdar desecrated tomb of nation's founder - liberals do not care

I'm going to take a bit more nuanced view on this. There are 4 different issues (that I can think of) here and each issue needs to be addressed on its own merits and a violation of the law in one case cannot be used to justify a violation of the law in one or more of the other cases:

1. Did PMLN violate the law at the Qaid-e-Azam's Mazaar?

2. Did Sindh police refuse to register an FIR (due to political pressure or any other reason) in a timely fashion? What constitutes 'timely fashion' in this situation?

3. Did Sindh police violate the law in terms of how the actual arrest of Safdar took place?

4. Did the Rangers use coercion or force to make the IG register an FIR? What constitutes 'force' or 'coercion'?
