Exposed: Sindh Police Escorted ''Ghar Damad'' From His Hotel.

1. Did PMLN violate the law at the Qaid-e-Azam's Mazaar?
Yes. Check video evidence.
2. Did Sindh police refuse to register an FIR (due to political pressure or any other reason) in a timely fashion? What constitutes 'timely fashion' in this situation?
Yes. Check CM speech saying he asked Sindh police to not arrest Capt Safdar as he is political guest.
3. Did Sindh police violate the law in terms of how the actual arrest of Safdar took place?
No. Police waited 30 minutes for Capt Safdar to come down. When he refused, they barged in according to law.
4. Did the Rangers use coercion or force to make the IG register and FIR? What constitutes 'force' or 'coercion'?
Yes. They woke up IG at 2 am by driving to his home since he had switched off his phone.

.
I'm going to take a bit more nuanced view on this. There are 4 different issues (that I can think of) here and each issue needs to be addressed on its own merits and a violation of the law in one case cannot be used to justify a violation of the law in one or more of the other cases:

1. Did PMLN violate the law at the Qaid-e-Azam's Mazaar?

2. Did Sindh police refuse to register an FIR (due to political pressure or any other reason) in a timely fashion? What constitutes 'timely fashion' in this situation?

3. Did Sindh police violate the law in terms of how the actual arrest of Safdar took place?

4. Did the Rangers use coercion or force to make the IG register and FIR? What constitutes 'force' or 'coercion'?

Exactly sir.
All of them should be investigated. Why select a particular aspect which benefits them.
CM and Sindh government should be persecuted as well for stopping an fir, which by law they should not interfere with.
Rangers used forced ( if it happened that way) to enforce law, which was interfered with by Sindh Government. There high handedness can be questioned but not their action.

@Jungibaaz Sir you opinion as well.

Do we have confirmation (evidence) that Rangers woke the IG up at 2AM?

Even if the IG was woken up at 2AM, is that in itself illegal?

Does waking the IG up at 2AM constitute coercion or force?

Was he threatened with violence if he didn't do it? Was he forcibly taken to the location where the FIR was registered?

COAS is inquiring just that.

The arrest was made by police at 6:50 am, the main story here isn’t how Safdar was arrested, or even who arrested him. PML are making a appoint about entering into the room of Maryam, but the real issue is the kidnapping of IG.
Is it possible to arrest someone without entering a room? Or do you think there should gentle and kind reminders and requests made
“ Your Respected Highness: we regretfully come here to arrest you for charges of theft/rape/murder etc. Please if you let us, and we mean pretty pretty please, let us escort you to our station. If you are sleeping or having dinner then sorry for causing the disturbance, we can come back next week?, next month? or never if you like so.”

Anyway, this isn’t the main issue, the main issue is the kidnapping and extrajudicial detention of IG Sindh.
This is just whataboutery - Safdar is accused with video evidence posted by themselves for disrespecting the grave of our beloved Qauid. Instead of answering for his crime they are deflecting to other issues.
Issue of IG Sindh, although very serious, is between govt of Sindh, Center and Armed Forces. There is an inquiry now and it will and should be resolved in that forum. What ever the outcome of that issue is - it has nothing to do with Safdars apparent crime. You may have your opinion, but Sindh govt. and police are not really known for their integrity.

Exactly is there any evidence he was forced, any voice/video recording where someone was threatening the IG, any evidence of physical abuse.

Have you seen how police put Safdar in the police van?

As if someone was picking up their kid from school. Waiting outside his room, let him raise slogans, I wonder if they even bought him breakfast on their way to police station.

And here Nani was crying like Indian forces forced into her room during a private session with her husband and joined them.

Real issue is the breaking of law by the son-in-law of this so called democracy loving nazrayati baap (his roohani baap was a military dictator).

IG has a few dozen armed guards in and around his house. If he was kidnapped, there would have been some FORCE used! Maybe he was verbally kidnapped, right?

Sindh government has not once said anything about any kidnapping of it's own IG, it is only PMLN (and you) who are beating this kidnapping drum.

Nani is a liar, all Pakistanis should fact check whatever comes out of her mouth.
Did anyone get pictures of the damaged door. This looks like a vip treatment.
In desperation, they forgot all about CCTV cameras ....perhaps the Hotel belongs to one of their stalwarts thinking all is covered.....but they never imagined that COAS will put the boot in.
There is a white bearded policeman in other footage, treating the Joru Ka Ghulam like royalty .
Naraz Nanni is basically damaged goods....they are finished.

.
Why both Law Officer of Sindh Government opposed the Bail of Safdar Awan while selected CM by OMni Group for Sindh was opposing the arrest .... ???

Those Law Officers were also abducted by Ranger night before the hearing of this case ..... ???

Video is timestamped ....

This episode will serve as perfect grounds for the imposition of governors rule in Sindh. Blatant corruption in police, blatant political interference in Sindhs institutions, no regard for Quaids tomb
The people you see jumping around have no idea or ignore the fact that CM Sindh (Bilawal if directly involved) are in the same boat as someone from rangers who supposedly interfered.
